I have compiled some utilities of interest.
The Nomad Jukebox 3 is the follow up to the Nomad Jukebox. It boasts a similar look but, under the skin, it is a very much improved player.
Many of the downfalls of the original Jukebox have been addressed in this player.
The relatively slow USB 1.1 connection is still in the new Jukebox but it is also joined by the much faster Firewire interface.
Lithium Ion batteries are used by the Jukebox 3 which should offer between 10 to 11 hours of playtime per battery. It has two battery bays meaning that the battery life can be made even longer through the use of two batteries at the same time.
The player is initially available with a 20GB drive, other capacities will follow. The 8MB buffer that the old Jukebox had has now been increased to 16MB in the new one.
